"I think I called him at 9am and he arrived 3 hours later. He came the same day I called him. He said he wanted to take a look at it and knew I was nervous about it. He luckily left a job early and came straight to my residence. He reassured me first thing to not worry about it because there was no electrical issue. He was very informative and told me what it was. He told me I needed it painted and that he would get a new cover for me if it was still in stock. This is the second time I've hired him. The first job was for a wall switch."

"I got duped by these people. I got a call from a guy named Rico (?Rigo?) who told me that the monitoring system was reporting an error that, if not fixed in short order, would result in the cancellation of my warranty. I thought that this was a little odd because the app I use to monitor my system showed no problems. Still, I agreed to have a technician come out to take a look. An inspection, repair, and panel cleaning were promised. When the technician came out, he spent at most 10 minutes on the roof. He told my wife that he found no problems. The only panel that needed cleaning had some leaves on it that he swept off with his foot. For that, I was charged $1260. I called to complain, but Rico was unbudging. I'm not sure what happened. When this company installed my solar several years ago, they were competent and professional. Not any more. Avoid these scammers like the plague!"
