I think I called him at 9am and he arrived 3 hours later. He came the same day I called him. He said he wanted to take a look at it and knew I was nervous about it. He luckily left a job early and came straight to my residence. He reassured me first thing to not worry about it because there was no electrical issue. He was very informative and told me what it was. He told me I needed it painted and that he would get a new cover for me if it was still in stock. This is the second time I've hired him. The first job was for a wall switch.
