  They had to build up the yard in order to put it in. They did an excellent job on that. The installation went very smoothly. It is as beautiful today as it was the day they installed it. We have never had any problems with the pool or any of the mechanicals. It's a chlorine free pool. It's pretty amazing to have a 25 year old swimming pool that is this beautiful. My kids were little when we had it put in and they still swim in it today with my grandchildrenshow more

  We LOVE, love, love our pool AND pool deck! Scott is light years’ different than what our friends and family have experienced. This is our 3rd pool remodel with Scott. (Different houses). He is meticulous, super attentive to detail and a true craftsman and artist. This was a huge project with the new travertine tile surround, mosaic glass detail, pool resurface, and Pentair water bowls with awesome lights— the project came out better than we could have EVER anticipated.   Overall it was not as bad as I thought with it being such a overhaul of my back yard. The guys from Mad River Pools were great - during my project Hurricane Matthew hit and they took one whole day to clean up the two trees and fence panels that went down in my yard - and straight back to work on pool. Any issues and/or questions were taken care immediately. Mike Ramee, owner of Mad River Pools made himself available to me - so I didn't feel like I was out of the loop.   Mike and his crew do excellent work. The experience and knowledge he and his crew have are becoming a lost trade. You will not be disappointed from start to finish with any work associated with Mad River Pools. Being in the trades for 25 plus years you know quality when you see it. Mad River pools is one of a handful of contractors in general that you will never have to worry about their knowledge and workmanship. They simply do it right the first time. Like most people that either know something about construction or don't know.He will assure you when talking to you if you know or he will walk you through every step of the way. They do as they say ! They SHOW up when they say ! The complete when they say ! I sound like a paid customer of Mad River Pools. My motives are as simple is this. The trade industry is becoming a lost art that many people don't have today or understand. I consider myself one of those people in a different trade other then what Mad River Pools does. When I can compliment a company that does this work I will acknowledge every time which is few and far between.   I'm getting estimates from them and another company. I have a situation with electric lines so it is a matter of where and how big of a pool I can put in. The electric company is coming out today and then I will be proceeding with either one of the people I've been talking to. I don't know which one yet.   Salesman John Foster met with us at our convenience and did an excellent job coming up with the perfect pool for us using Computer Aided Design software. We signed a contract in early April 2013. The hole was dug right before Memorial Day. Once the concrete was shot, there was almost 3 weeks of little work due to scheduling problems and rainy weather. We were a little frustrated with the delay, but Russ Pennick (construction coordinator) kept in contact with us with updates and throughout the entire job. He answered my numerous questions and always called me back promptly. After the plumbing was done, things went a lot faster. Pool was completed on August 8, 2013. Service has been outstanding. Danielle did a great job helping us pick our tile and deck paint colors. Pool school guy Greg was informative. We also purchased solar panels, in-pool cleaning system, and a screen. All work was excellent quality. I would highly recommend this company. I've had no issues with them or the pool so far (it's been one month)show more

  Ours was a commercial size pool. Although we contacted every pool builder in the county, we only got 2 bids, and Paradise made the best offer. The project got interrupted by Hurricane Matthew, so it took quite a few months to build. Being on the edge of a common area, the neighborhood watched it go in. We went from being one of a handful of homes in the neighborhood without a pool to being the envy of the neighbrohood. A few post-construction bugs popped up, and were promptly made right.   We were apprehensive about re-doing our pool, wondering if anybody could actually fix all the problems. Intracoastal pools came out promptly, gave us an estimate, and listened to all our concerns. The work on the pool was slow but steady, but they showed up when they said they would and, with the exception of one worker (who decided to take a shortcut testing our spa for leaks), the guys were not just professional, they were superb. The tile guy is an artist, his work is just gorgeous. And the company returned multiple times to address the leaking spa and totally fixed it. The man who re-worked all our piping to simplify the system was very very smart. The office help was great and assisted us in picking the colors and products that would look the best. It is a year later and our pool is leak free and problem free and absolutely beautiful. We did not know how good it could look and how much more we would enjoy using itshow more
