Terrible experience. Absolutely miserable. The guy came and the first thing he said was that I've got to eat lunch. They have come to work and not to eat lunch. The guy from where I purchased the product came and he told me it is very easy and I he came to show me how to do it. He said all you need is a pair of scissors, a knife and a yardstick and this guy did not even any tools. Not even a pair of scissors. I feel he is beyond F. He is the reason that I am not even on Angie's list. Because they recommended this person and he is worst. I told him that he came noon very early in the morning or late in the evening and he was here by high noon. Since it was noon he wanted to have lunch. He didn't want to work.

Everything was excellent

That turned out fine. They did the roof, the house as well as the pavers around it. Two employees came out and it took them about a couple hours. One employee did spend a couple hours alone on the roof. This was done on a one story home.

They came on time and did the Job to our complete satisfaction

The service man came promptly. He plastered over all of my cracks.  I cannot even tell that we had cracks now. He even volunteered to stay and do the painting.  We would definitely use this service again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. The price was good. It was $99 for 3 hours, which was good. They were good. They were there on time and finished the work on time.

Bought an Angie's List coupon for 3 hours of drywall work. House was recently remodeled and some of the drywall needed to be finished off. Just small details. They came and did the work and it went very well.

They pulled up in a Chrysler Sebring convertible and all of the things he used to pressure washed were in the front seat. He didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I had to walk around with him and point out things with a scrub broom that he missed during the wash. We asked him why he didn't use soap and he stated he didn't do that on houses. We followed him around with a push broom as well due to the mess on the ground. We had to clean the windows as well after he left because he didn't wash off the debris after the service.

Pablo Painting didn't turn out to be very good. As a matter of fact, I haven't gotten any return phone calls from him. There were three spots in my home that needed attention. They were very minor water damages type thing. On the two wall areas, the gentlemen did an excellent work. In my solarium, I had a ceiling that needed to be done. He worked on it and it was horrible. I said to him, "Look. That doesn't match the existing ceiling at all. Not at all. My husband could have done that job but a professional. I wanted it to match." He says, "I agree with you. Ceilings aren't my forte. I had other work that I would have liked to have done and I was gathering estimates on it. So he said, "When we come back to give you an estimate on the other work that you'd like to have done, we'll fix it." Well, their estimator came in and took all the stuff to give me an estimate. He wasn't prepared to do it. He said, "I didn't know that I was supposed to do anything. Nor do I do stuff like that." These guys came from another city which was pretty far. I was pretty passive about it and said, "You know what? When you guys are in the area, if you could give me a phone call to let me know, you could work on it then, instead of making a trip just for this. Just call me." So I waited like three months and nothing. So I called and the line is disconnected. So I went and called the other office and they said Pablo is sick and has taken off from work for a few months. I said, "Is it possible that you can finish the ceiling, because it looks really bad?" They said, "Let us talk about it over the weekend and we'll get back with you." They never got back with me. But it wasn't really their obligation. It was really the first gentleman. They're linked but they're independent.Two of the spots were done well. I didn't really want to be mean about this. But it is frustrating. I wanted to be fair about not pushing that, unless they were in our area.

They were good. We had extensive repair and he worked the entire time.

They did a great job with the installation of the ceiling fan and light fixture.  They cleaned up well after their work.  The caulking in the bathroom was done nicely except that the color of the caulk did not match exactly with what we had.  Unfortunately, they were not able to complete everthing:  They were not able to fix the sealant around the bathroom door, install a doorknocker, and could not retouch scratchs on the baseboards.  We were supposed to have the supplies for them to complete the work.  I did not have any baseboard puddy. The screw for the doorknocker was too small for our door and they did not have any screws with them that would have worked.  They also asked to take a sample of the silicon sealant wtih them to a complany that deals with shower doors and get back to us.  We never did get the sample they took.  They had called us a couple of weeks later saying that they could not come back and fix the bathroom door seal.

.I did not think he was that great.  I really don't think he is a drywall person. I don't believe that he know what he was doing. We had to finish it after he left.  He charged 99 dollars. He was professional, but I would not use him again in the future. He was a nice guy, I hate to give him a bad report, but I know a lot about texturizing walls.

As usual Majestic Contractors did very good work.  They were a bit late but not really their fault as the neighborhood is so new that it does not show up on GPS.  This is the second time we use them and will continue to do so.

I had difficulty scheduling the 3 rooms of interior painting due to the fact that they were using the wrong phone number to contact me. I had provided them with my cell number since we were in the process of moving but they said they were leaving messages on our old home phone, which was no longer in service.
After finally scheduling, I called and gave them my color choices so they could order the paint. On the day they arrived they came about 10:30, later than expected, and started painting. Due to the texture of my walls more paint was needed, which I offered to go pick up but the painter went instead. Later I did run out to get more paint for them. I paid for all of the additional paint. Although their paint job was good, it became obvious that they were not scheduled for enough time to complete the job and the scheduler/owner kept calling to see when they would be finished. On one call she talked to me and acted as if I had given them more work than I had contracted for! My offer was for 3 room of interior painting with ceilings up to 12 feet, two coats. They painted two coats on a small 10X10 bedroom, one accent wall in my bedroom and my master bath, not to include the water closet, 3 huge mirrors and a glass block window! This was NOT more than was contracted for!!!
The painters were good but the schedulers made me angry!
