"Dotsons Reliable Movers- Excellent Moving Experience! I recently used Dotsons Reliable Movers for my move and I was extremely impressed with their service. From the initial quote to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The movers arrived on time and were very careful with all of my belongings. They were friendly, efficient, hardworking and took the time to wrap and protect everything properly. I especially appreciated their communication throughout the day, their willingness to accommodate a last-minute change.The price was very competitive, They were upfront about all costs, There were no hidden fees. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Dotsons Reliable Movers and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company."

"Overall, it went pretty well. Kris and his staff did an excellent job packing the truck. They also packed the kitchen, wrapping all the items and putting them in boxes. We had our own garment boxes, which made it easier for them. They offered an apology for not fitting everything in the truck, but to be fair, we asked them to take a generator, which they were not prepared for. The entire crew was very professional, and I would highly recommend them. From the time of booking and throughout the process, Johnathan was great with communicating with us and ensuring they would do their best to make it a smooth move for my mother from Port Richie to Longwood, Florida. I would encourage everyone to be prepared to provide each member with a tip because they will have earned every penny."

"Overall good experience. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five was due to some of the furniture requiring reassembly due to the movers assembling some items incorrectly. Though we were pleasantly surprised by the four man moving team rather than the 3 man we originally planned for, would ask that all members on site are working as there was only one member who consistently took breaks while the other members worked. Was told that all furniture would be disassembled however this was not the case. Would ask that there be more consistency from what the management office promises will be done and what the mover team does."

"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"I would definitely use Muscle Movers’ services again. My request was last-minute, and they were able to accommodate it without any issues. They communicated throughout the process, were upfront about every step, and offered a rate that beat all others. They were efficient, handled fragile items with great care, were professional and friendly, and completed the job smoothly from start to finish."

"1- The truck the workers came in was large enough to move 5 BR house, when I told them I had less than a 1 BR apt. worth of items. I was stunned by the size and the amount of gas I would be charged. 2- The route they took was "round red Robin's barn" and increased the mileage significantly. It left me feeling like the truck size and directions were intentionally skewed to up the cost much higher that the original estimate, which was based on an hourly rate. I can't imagine any GPS system prompting them to travel the way they did. 3- A Sony portable CD player was missing from my things. When I called the workers about it, they never responded. Finally got a hold of the owner who said both guys didn't remember seeing a CD player. After a thorough search, I found several broken pieces that identified what was left of it. I took pictures and sent to the owner as proof that it was on the truck. I was refunded the $100.00 tip that I generously gave to the movers, but no explanation was ever offered as to what actually happened to my CD player. If I hadn't found those broken pieces, I dont believe I would have received anything. This was the second time I'd used Monster Movers. The first time was a local move and went without a hitch. I tipped them well and wrote a glowing review. This second move was such a disappointment. I felt taken advantage of with the overcharges, and can't believe they lied about the CD player. I have one final move to make. It will not be with Monster Movers."
