"They were very prompt and most importantly I knew that they knew what they were talking about. Had a bad experience with a different HVAC company who was offering a $39.00 tune up as the big deal through Angie's list and ended up having a laundry list of issues that needed attention. Glad I called for a second opinion as Serviceone came out and completely discredited everything that was told to me and actually found the problem that was causing the fan not to spin and the coils to be hot to touch. If I would have went with the other company I would have sent over triple with deep cleanings and replacing fan motors that did not need to be replaced. I called fresh air services,Darren answered my call right away his pricing was transparent and was less than other quotes I received. He showed up with his teammate and they went right to work cleaned my 10 ducts and dryer in about an hour. They actually take the vents down and send this brush hooked to their vacuum into the system. For a small fee i had them coat my return with this anti microbial coating made specifically for air conditioning and boy does it look so much better than the fiberglass duct board yellow.He even got on the roof and took a video to show me the vent was free of clogs. Their equipment was very impressive. I just returned to the home for the first time in about 3 weeks and the fresh smell from their sanitation fog is still detectable in the air.
