"My name is Ed Contreras I am a spa lover especially Jacuzzi, I know the benefits of hydro therapy, and have been a fan of Jacuzzis for more than 20 years. I used to own a big nice Jacuzzi for 9 years until it was time to change. I was considering many options including building a pool and spa but honestly I did not want to invest too much. Then, I meet Joseph Zakrzewski at Rec Pool and Spa in Broward, he as good salesman he start with the regular sales speech, however, after I explained my needs and experience he start looking for the best fit for me for the price I was willing to pay and the quality I want. After he explained and show me different options I left the store saying I need to see other options which I did, but anytime I find something I thought it was better Joseph explain why it wasnâ  t by text, cell, whatsup you name it, the friendly guy became a friend giving advice. Until I made the final decision and he basically pick the spa for my needs which I love it, few weeks later the sounds system has a small issue and have to deal with the store manager Mike and the technicians to correct the small issue and they went overboard, that is why they got 5 starts from me because their excellent sales advisor, competitive price and quality, outstanding customer service and technician and friendly familiar environment I definitely recommend this team and in 10 years I definitely will be back to change my Jacuzzi! Thanks team and Happy New Years! Ed C."

"It was a seamless process working with Sun Blue. From the very beginning, the salesman offered suggestions without being pushy. The project managers were very helpful and there was no issue changing the pool tile colors at the last minute. It was a wonderful experience. The pool looks lovely. I hired their pool man to maintain the pool afterwards and he the best."

"I called 8 pool service companies to repair my non-working pool pump. I sent pictures of the pump to 5 of them. 2 promised to come out within 2 days and never showed or contacted me again. 1 company came out but said they thought I needed an electrician. Elite Pool and Spa Services stayed in constant contact with me and came out when they promised. They replaced the motor but then realized the filter unit was bad (very old, pieces coming off and leaking badly). They quoted me the price to replace the filter unit and told me when they would be back. Right on time, again! They worked diligently and double and triple checked for any leaks. The difference in water circulation in my pool is absolutely astounding. I actually cried when they switched it on and it worked beautifully. We were unable to use the pool at all and now we look forward to a long summer of enjoyment. I am also hiring them to do the weekly maintenance on my pool. I very highly recommend Elite Pool and Spa. They care about their customers."

"I got a good deal with them to replace pump damaged by the hurricane, to do post-hurricane pool clean up, and now monthly service. Very good company, flexible and understanding at a low price."
