Arrived on time, verify license. Friendly and knowledgeable assessed the situation, discussed work to be done. Explained the reasons. Gave estimates, did the work, he cleaned the coils and changed the outer pipes and installed a thermostat, was working when he left, but additional problems occurred, he answered the phone immediately when I called and return next day and resolved the problem completely, even going beyond his obligations by diagnosing and resolving the plumbing issue that was part of the reason of the problem. His prices are reasonable, will definitely use his services again and recommend to others. He did not try to sell me a new unit and explained to me why it was not needed at this time.

Our "emergency" occurred on a weekend at 9pm and the company informed us their tech Carlos would arrive to our home in 30 minutes. The technician from Comfort Air, Carlos T arrived promptly within the time frame. He quickly assessed the issue and determined the problem. He replaced the damaged parts - showing us what was damaged. He was straight forward and didn't try to upsell on any additional work. We appreciated his integrity. Very happy to have found an honest, reliable company. Will definitely continue to use this company for all our ac needs.
