"Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.

"I just went through a kitchen remodel with Billy Shapiro and his team at SBS of South Florida Inc. My 83 year old mother has lived in her condo for over 15 years and always wanted to get it remodeled as it was the original kitchen from when the unit was built in the early 1970s - formica and a cumbersome dropped plexiglass ceiling that was just plain old ugly. She has been saving for it for years, but had a modest budget and we were almost put off on having the work done because either contractors quoted some ridiculous price or didn't want to be bothered with a smaller job. I contacted Billy through Angie's List and he got back with me immediately and set up an appointment to meet me at mom's place to scope out the job. He said he would get back to us within a couple of days - and he did and he quoted her a complete kitchen remodel that was within her budget. "JB was a pleasure to work with. I have had the floor done many times to only be disappointed. There was a high shine on the floor that always showed dirt and it had many holes. The floor was very expensive and we were thinking of taking it out. JB was the first restoration company that did what he promised. First he recommended we get rid of the high shine and he has a special method of filling in all the holes. The floor looks incredible and was done over two weeks ago and still looks better than it has ever looked. He does what he promises. He and his work crew were polite and hardworking. Though it is never easy having your house taken over for a week, they made it as easy as possible. His recommendation to get rid of the high shine was right. I will call on him again to do the high traffic areas around the kitchen."
