He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. "This man came to my house and fixed multiple items he fixed my house phone in which I called 4 other people in to connect it to my network and they could accomplish this and he hooked up my moms computer and he referred me out to a wonderful electrician to install a fan. Made recommendations regarding some items on my hide that wild need to be addressed in the future. Overall very pleased with the service.
