"Kevin did a great job of installing new tiles in our kitchen, replacing baseboards in our kitchen and dining room, and installing a new bathroom faucet. Before the job, we met to discuss what needed to be done and the materials each of us would get. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and Kevin was always on time or early. He's also great about cleaning up at the end of the day. The kitchen looks great now. Thank you, Kevin!"

"Jean completed the job to perfection. The granite countertop was very badly cracked. Another contractor said that it couldn't be repaired. Jean repaired it so well that it looks brand new. I was astonished at the fantastic quality of his work.
My master bathroom floor had been badly stained and no cleaning products could remove those stains.
Jean restored the floor perfectly.
Not only is Jean brilliant at his trade, he is also a charming man and I recommend him wholeheartedly."

"I have a condo in Lighthouse Point that Dan renovated for me. Repaired the damaged walls. Then he painted everything, the ceilings the walls and the doors. He put the crystal type tiles on my wall in the kitchen for a backsplash. He repaired some electric outlets. Installed a new vanity with plumbing. He put a new sink on an old vanity base. Installed new outlet covers and a new smoke detector. There was a wall AC unit removed a long time ago. The repair to the wall was hideous. Dan grinded the mess and made the wall look like it should look. I had a couple of small things like blinds to be installed. Dan was there to stand behind his work. He never had a problem with coming back to resolve any issues. He was able to complete the job on my schedule. If I have anything in the future to be done Dan is DaMan I will call.

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

On average, a bathroom fan lasts between five and ten years. The fan's lifespan depends on its quality, installation, and frequency of use. You can extend its life with regular cleaning and by promptly addressing any issues. Common signs that you need a new fan include mold growth, a burning smell, unusually loud noises during operation, or lingering odors in the bathroom. If your fan is no longer working as well as it once did, consider replacing it. The cost to install a new bathroom fan is typically between $240 and $550.

Never add oil unless the fan is specifically designed for it. Most modern ceiling fans are designed with sealed bearings that don’t require oiling. However, some older fans may have oil ports for lubrication. If your fan is older and you hear squeaking or grinding, check the manual or the manufacturer’s website to see if oiling is recommended.

Keeping dust off fans can keep them working optimally and help keep dust mites or bacteria from building up. Dust fans weekly with a duster, microfiber cloth, old pillowcase, or vacuum attachment. You can also try spraying a clean fan with a store-bought dust-repellent product or making a DIY dust-repellent with water and a small amount of liquid fabric softener mixed in.

A whole-house fan works best to pull chilled and dry air into your home in the early morning hours and at night. This system allows you to close your windows after turning off the fan and trap the cool air inside. You can run your whole house fan continuously for maximum ventilation and fresh air, or you can turn it on for ten minutes or so at a time to introduce cool, fresh air as needed.

Yes, a fan can help drywall mud dry faster by improving air circulation and reducing humidity in the room. Drywall mud dries through evaporation, so increasing airflow speeds up this process. However, you should position the fan to blow across the room rather than directly on the wet mud. This helps prevent drying too quickly, which can cause cracking. You should also use a dehumidifier if high humidity is an issue.
