"They were exemplary! I've never owned a generator and after their visit, I already feel like a pro. The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."

I quickly contacted several electricians from Angie's list and only heard back from two of them. Both were pleasant and helpful. One could not get to me for about 7-9 days. The other (Phaze Electric) had me on their schedule the next day. Jerome showed up early and quickly assessed what was needed. He obtained the necessary part from Lowe's and was back in a flash to remove the old housing and install the new one. I also used Phaze Electric a couple of years ago to hang ceiling fans on my back porch and they did an excellent job then, too.
