"It was absolutely terrible The man has no clue how to polish marble and he asked to be paid cash rushed through the job .We have cameras hidden so we recorded everything and the money exchange .The marble looks worse than before, it has a layer of scratches and like a haze that wont came off from not using a buffer and powder to polish the marble .He lied about everything and now we have to hire someone else to come to fixt what he did to my marble floors."

He explained the differences in carpet construction and materials and left some samples so that I could see them in different lighting and times of the day to help my decision-making. Once the decision was made, he quoted a reasonable price, including pad and installation. From the time I ordered, it took the 2-3 weeks for delivery, as predicted. Installers arrived promptly and completed the job perfectly. Phone calls to the office were answered by a real person (!) and all inquiries were answered. The floors look and feel great!"

Omar was unable to restore my system to its original condition; he had to remove the irrigation valve because he did not have the fittings to attach it to the pipes, so now my system has no irrigation valve. I asked for a discount because parts of my system were being removed so that the leak could be fixed, but the owner informed me that I should have called an irrigation company. They claim to be REPIPING EXPERTS with expertise in drain line repairs and sewers, but do not bring basic plumbing fittings to the job. If I were the owner of a company and my employee did not have what he needed to do the job, I would either offer the customer a discount or I would send the employee back out to do the job right. At least the leak was solved."
