Kyle was an excellent floor installer. His workers work as hard and as professionally as anyone could expect. This job was done in two and a half days and it looks absolutely perfect. They not only installed the final flooring, but also baseboards and all of the rooms and it looks outstanding. Anyone else would have charged me thousands of dollars more and taking a week to do the same work that Kyle did in less than 3 days. I really give him a five-star rating.

Wonderful family business. Very upfront and honest about the work that needed to be done and their prices were more than fair. We did not hesitate to hire them after meeting and getting our estimate. They worked very hard and the floors came out beautiful. There was continual communication throughout the job and I will definitely hire them again as we need more flooring done in the future.

Very professional, responsive and friendly! I am picky about quality work and this company did not disappoint. I had nearly all of my 3200 sq ft home done with luxury vinyl flooring and the baseboards as well. They work quickly and still able to do quality work. My choice to wait on stair threads that was back ordered but they keep me updated during the process. Totally would recommend them!

As a long distance (out of the country) landlord, I did some research of the short list of companies that Angi recommended. I have found that Sylvan Perfect flooring is family owned small company and I chose it because I was thinking that they would care about their reputation and work more than those big companies. Then I called the phone number, Caio answered the phone. He told me that he is the son, Sylvan is the father. Since I am far from Tampa and difficult for me to choose any flooring, I asked if he could pick up the Vinyl flooring from Costco, he said yes, he has Costco membership ( the pick up fee is $100 which is reasonable for such a extra trip). He delivered the floor to the house and then on the installation day, they finished the work as scheduled ( replace the carpet in 2 bedrooms by vinyl flooring). This company has an cute app that they will upload the pictures of the progress of the project. That is very nice to me to see. After the work, the floor and base broad looks great on the videos. Then I double checked with the tenants, they are very happy with their work. Their pricing is quite fair. I would say that after comparison (I did check out at least 3 quotes), their quote is very reasonable and Caio is willing to help out in many different ways. The transaction is honest and smooth including payment. For my second flooring project, I will continue to hire them.

They gave a detailed estimate and provided a selection of flooring to choose from. They came in on Monday and finished the same day. Caio even provided a video by phone to update me on the progress. The final cost was the same as the estimate. Very happy with the job and the service.

Quick, Quiet, and gets to work! They dont lolly gag around and it is family owned so they hold themselves accountable to the best possible work they can do. Really nice people as well, not really much else to say. They give a good price and get to work and do a great job.

We had the carpet on our stairs replaced with vinyl plank flooring. They did an amazing job. Both guys worked diligently and carefully. They cleaned up when they were done. We are very impressed with the work. You also can't beat their prices. We would definitely hire them again.
