"They were exemplary! I've never owned a generator and after their visit, I already feel like a pro. The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."

"Bolt Electric is a wonderful, professional, responsive, fair price company! You really couldn’t ask for a better company for electrical work! Called Bolt Electric number and thought I was calling a Clearwater location as I live in Seminole, FL, so I was surprised when I realized the electrician Zack had come from Sarasota, but I am within their service area. Zack said they work in Pinellas County all the time, very normal for them. Bolt Electric was great in all respect of scheduling and electrician was on time. Their pricing was better than the other two companies I requested quotes from and extreme professionalism when they came to my home. Greatly appreciated. Bolt was wonderful in sending electricians who put up with my year-old puppy who thought Zack was his new play toy and was very kind to put up with the puppy, while trying to preform electrical work. It seems so many want to hurt a company, when not necessary and I don’t write good ones unless company has been truly wonderful!
