I scheduled a carpet cleaning and I negotiated a price with a man named Mike. He came upstairs, and said he’d do it after looking around my apartment. I was very kind and gave him my parking spot so he can be close to my door. Me and my 5 year old sat on the balcony simply waiting for him to get supplies and things set up. 25 minutes passed and I walked outside the balcony, downstairs and poof, he was gone.. Empty parking space. I asked my roommate what had happened, she said she had approached Mike when she was coming up stairs (home from work) and she had mentioned, that it was kind of late to start the carpets because it takes 2-6 hours to dry. She told me he replied, “Well she was “b**ching’”about the price.” When all I told Mike was, my spending limit which was $130. I simply told him what I had. Mike didn’t have the courtesy to talk to me and tell me what happened, he didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me he was leaving, he left me and my son waiting for him in a hot balcony for no reason. I also was the one who made the appointment with this company, and was paying for services, and this man took personal what my roommate said. So unprofessional to not address me, I am the customer. So unprofessional to use profanity. This experience with this company turned out to be horrible all thanks to Mike. I will be sharing this with other outlets. 1/5

We provide interior cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, etc. The company that came out do do the pressure washing for you was Pressure Washing Orlando, a company that we recommended to customers because they had great feedback until this review. After this review, we stopped recommending that company to customers. We do not wish to refer our valued customers to a company that will disappoint them. We are so sorry that you had a bad experience with the pressure washing company. Seth showed up promptly at 2:00  was professional and friendly.  Reviewed the areas to be done.  Explained what he was going to do and went to work.  The floors came out great.  Especially the grout.  It took about an hour.

I would recommend this company to any of my friends.  In fact that is how I found out about them.  My friend will get a discount on her next service just for referring them.

The two people from this company who came to my house were FANTASTIC!!!! Super nice, super friendly and very, very good at the service they provided. You can squirt water from your garden hose on your house and get the same professional results. My whole house looks better and smells better too because when they use their power washing equipment there is also a cleaning solution in it. The part that amazes me is how great the windows look. I would expect to pay this much for just window cleaning so I feel I got extra service. Not to mention all the great little extra things they did like the door mats. When they come to work on your house it is like they are working on their own house. My neighbor text-ed me while they were here and asked for their phone number so you know if the neighbors notice how great it is, that is something! Also the lady in the office was great too because she gave me a great appointment time and followed up with a call when they were on their way. Do yourself a favor and call this company, they are GREAT!

We just bought a house in Orlando. It has berber carpet in just about every room. The house has been rented for years and the carpets are filthy. Jim arrived on time, helped me move the furniture and explained the process. He was very professional; got to work and completed the job without a stop. I'm pleased with the quality and I'm sort of a perfectionist. A+ for carpet cleaning!
Our lanai was filthy: built in 1992 and looks like it's never been cleaned. Manny and Gale arrived on time and did a thorough job. There was one area at the top that I thought they missed. Manny explained that mildew eats away the surface. I trust their judgement. It looks great. The screens look like new, the white frame glows and the patio area sparkles. They get an A.
We plan to have both back in six months for a refresher. Also, we only did the downstair carpet, we need the upstair down. We also need the Florida room power washed.
One more thing: Marie was very easy to work with. She was pleasant, professional and knowledge. She answered the phone right away and the work was performed within the week.

He arrived on time, inspected the disposal and determined it needed to be replaced. He provided me with a quote and I agreed to have it installed, which he did in the same visit. He was polite and thoroughly professional.

The process went quite well.  I had already measure my rugs and they gave me the quote when I scheduled them to come out.  They showed up on time and they covered their feet when entering the home. The work was done in the timeframe I was given and I was quite satisfied.  I am quite sure I will use them again.

We woke up Sat. morning to find we had no water.  After waiting a couple of hours to see if it was temporary, we checked Angie's List to find a well pump repair person to come out to fix it.  With few hopes of finding someone who would come on a Sat., especially since we were not regular customers, we found him with our first call.  (He was also the first on the list).  He asked a couple of questions to determine whether we had the type of pump he could repair.  He said he would be out in 2 hours since he was in Apopka and we live in Mt. Dora.  And he was.  He examined the pump and found some things wrong with it.  He said he could get the water back on by making a couple of adjustments, but that would only "put a band-aid on the problem".  He walked us through his recommendations and explained everything to us very patiently and thoroughly.  He said he would research the parts we needed and give us an estimate.  The estimate seemed reasonable, but we still want 2 more people to look at it before we decide.  By the way, he would not take payment since he said he didn't do anything.  We asked him about taking his Sat. morning to come out here and look at it, but he said it was okay.

Cleaning went perfectly. 19 year old ceramic tile looks like new. Grout in high traffic areas went from black to light cream. Seth was on time and very professional. Worked quickly and neatly. Marie promptly returned my calls to set appointment and answer questions.
Price was after internet special listed on their web site. Exceeded my expectations!

EXCELLENT job. VERY happy. They cleaned the underside of the soffits and gutters and he even hit the concrete pad where the HVAC units are mounted. Very thorough. Very pleasant. Very professional. Our home is only 4 years old (it's a light brown in color) and I *thought* that I only needed the north and south sides done where we had a bit (just starting to show) green mold. They arrived on time and carefully explained what they would be using and how they would be cleaning the house.
I called and was quoted one price (we figured we'd have the whole house done anyway--there wasn't any up-selling on their part and that's all they charged. When they were done I could not believe the difference--the house looked like it had just been painted. Great job---I will definitely save their phone number for next time and to recommend to neighbors.
