I do not recommend. Omar was unable to restore my system to its original condition; he had to remove the irrigation valve because he did not have the fittings to attach it to the pipes, so now my system has no irrigation valve. I asked for a discount because parts of my system were being removed so that the leak could be fixed, but the owner informed me that I should have called an irrigation company. They claim to be REPIPING EXPERTS with expertise in drain line repairs and sewers, but do not bring basic plumbing fittings to the job. If I were the owner of a company and my employee did not have what he needed to do the job, I would either offer the customer a discount or I would send the employee back out to do the job right. At least the leak was solved.

I have has the problem with my sink not draining for over 2 years. I took everything apart, snaked the line but nothing appeared wrong in the part of the drain I could access. Phillips came out and listened to every word I said and didn't try to redo what I had already done. He went underneath my mobile and saw where the pipe was sagging very badly because of improper installation. The next day the tech cut and capped the old pipe and connected the pipping to the main drain. It works great. I think I'm almost more impressed that they listened to me and didn't redo what I had already done. I would definitely would recommend Phillips for all your plumbing needs.

There were some problems getting materials, but this was not Phillips fault as we wanted some items that just were not being manufactured during the COVID-19. Phillips was extremely helpful is helping provide beautiful alternatives and actually, the bathroom turned out better than we have envisioned. We cannot wait to start the remodel on our second bath and shower. These are great people. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Horrible job that took forever. If we weren't there supervising every minute they would not have done anything at all. This is our vacation home in Florida and we live in Michigan. We trusted them that they would do a good job. It didn't happen. After MONTHS of getting our floor replaced, it started to buckle. It was a crappy job also, pulling away from the walls, no support put in place. Who does a floor job without putting a sub-floor replacement in? They broke custom window coverings and lost one of our light fixtures. We found out they ignored the underbelly and never replaced the bent floor vents. We tried working with them but they said 'no'. What a horrible experience.

The 2 plumbers arrived on time. After reviewing the issue, they gave me 2 options and pros/cons of each. They completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. It was quick and actually was less than they quoted, not a lot but still I’ve never had that happen before! I’d highly recommend them to my family and friends.
