Office manager Janet was thorough with the estimate, including alternative possibilities depending on what was found in detail. Work was completed on time and within estimated cost. Quality of the work was excellent.

They are quality conscious. The adjuster had ordered the use of some used parts. They did not meet Collisiontec's standards. This caused some delay in getting the job done, but it is worth the wait for a quality job.

Excellent job, perfect paint match, very professional.

Initially it looked fine but later on the plastic trim came loose and I had o visit another body shop to fix it. That's when we discovered shortcuts had been taken underneath the trim.

Perfect!! Extremely happy with the results!!

I met with Janet she was very through she educated me on my best possible options and furthermore how the industry works in the world of car insurance. This allowed me to make the best decision for me and I immediately made up my mind I would use her auto body shop to get my new bumper. I was so I glad that I did when I got my car back. These guys are perfectionist not only was the job a stellar result but they also looked over my entire car and found a small paint chip on my mirror which they touched up per my request. The shop manager took the time to explain to me they type of paint the manufacture uses and what to watch out for in keeping my overall car appearance pristine. My car was completely detailed when I got it back it looked beautiful and the bumper was a flawless perfect match. Additionally I had a wheel which had some cosmetic damage to it and they allowed my wheel repair guy come to their shop while my car was there and fix the damage right at their shop for my convenience. I was so impressed with the professionalism that I also am having them paint a type of a OEM Spoiler the same color of my STi (World Rally Blue) called a VORTEX which goes on the back roof of my car and install it for me. A Top notch auto body business that I can trust and will be using them to detail my car for as long as I own it. They earn their reputation and now my business.

Collisiontec is a great company. I've had my car repaired their twice now. They are a very professional service and Janet could NOT be better in which to work!! She is timely and the company always lives up to their word. The quality of the body repairs are amazing and you'll not be able to tell damage was ever done! Janet will also go to bat for you with the insurance adjuster to make sure the car is returned to you with the best outcome possible. I would never take my car anywhere else. It is near my home although if I ever moved I'd drive a long way to bring my car to Collisiontec!!

Janet went above and beyond. In every encounter, she was respectful, knowledgable and made us feel like we were the only customer. She dealt with a difficult insurance issue and made sure that everything was done properly, while putting the customer first. Danielle was also quite pleasant and helpful with each encounter.

I selected the shop based on the reviews on Angie's list, and it exceeded expectations. Dan and Janet were very responsive, and since I did not have a ride, Danielle kindly offered to drive me home, and also to the the shop when the car was ready. I found this truly remarkable, as it was not exactly on her way. A very professional, responsible, and kind group of people. Wholeheartedly recommended.

It went well. They have fixed two of my Volvos and they are number one.

It was a bad accident and they were incredible and they helped us a lot. The lady there is fabulous. We can't say enough good about them, they were wonderful. What stands out is the quality of work. They communicated really well with you. They advocated for us with the insurance company very well. We were just amazed on how fabulous they were.

My insurance company sent me to them so I don't say I know anything about them in particular. They did fine work at the timeline that they said and everything was fine.

They were good. They were recommended by USAA which was an insurance company. They did a good job. It was insurance that paid for it. The quality was good. I could not tell anything different about the car. They responded right away. I would use them again in the future if my insurance company would authorize them.

There was no cost for the bid. We did not choose to go with them for the service because they wanted the car for five days and the other place said they only needed it for three. I would recommend them to a neighbor or a friend for a free bid because their bid was even with the other two that we got; it was the same dollar amount. We also had work done by them before and they did fine. When I walked in, the gal was eating and she finished her lunch before she got to our bid. The bid price was fair.

Collision Tech was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process of obtaining estimate to working with the auto insurance company, to completing the repairs with excellent workmanship and high quality.

The car was returned and was literally as good as new. It was impossible to tell where the damage was and the color was perfectly matched.

EVERYONE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND THEIR TIME ESTIMATES WERE DEAD ON. AFTER HOURS DROP OFF WAS GREAT, AND THEY MADE DEALING WITH INSURANCE COMPANY A BREEZE.
