Office manager Janet was thorough with the estimate, including alternative possibilities depending on what was found in detail. Work was completed on time and within estimated cost. Quality of the work was excellent.

They are quality conscious. The adjuster had ordered the use of some used parts. They did not meet Collisiontec's standards. This caused some delay in getting the job done, but it is worth the wait for a quality job.

Initially it looked fine but later on the plastic trim came loose and I had o visit another body shop to fix it. That's when we discovered shortcuts had been taken underneath the trim.

I met with Janet she was very through she educated me on my best possible options and furthermore how the industry works in the world of car insurance. This allowed me to make the best decision for me and I immediately made up my mind I would use her auto body shop to get my new bumper. I was so I glad that I did when I got my car back. These guys are perfectionist not only was the job a stellar result but they also looked over my entire car and found a small paint chip on my mirror which they touched up per my request. The shop manager took the time to explain to me they type of paint the manufacture uses and what to watch out for in keeping my overall car appearance pristine. My car was completely detailed when I got it back it looked beautiful and the bumper was a flawless perfect match. Additionally I had a wheel which had some cosmetic damage to it and they allowed my wheel repair guy come to their shop while my car was there and fix the damage right at their shop for my convenience. I was so impressed with the professionalism that I also am having them paint a type of a OEM Spoiler the same color of my STi (World Rally Blue) called a VORTEX which goes on the back roof of my car and install it for me. A Top notch auto body business that I can trust and will be using them to detail my car for as long as I own it. They earn their reputation and now my business.

Collisiontec is a great company. I've had my car repaired their twice now. They are a very professional service and Janet could NOT be better in which to work!! She is timely and the company always lives up to their word. The quality of the body repairs are amazing and you'll not be able to tell damage was ever done! Janet will also go to bat for you with the insurance adjuster to make sure the car is returned to you with the best outcome possible. I would never take my car anywhere else. It is near my home although if I ever moved I'd drive a long way to bring my car to Collisiontec!!
