Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". Joe shrugged it off like no big deal, but it was a big deal to us and we have commented on it a number of times since he left :) We will definitely hire Joe again for any future plumbing/repair needs and are very glad to have found him as a service provider."

I thought $49 was a phenomenal deal so I said sure, come on out on Tuesday. I guess I should have asked what their Tuesday rate was because when the tech showed up on Tuesday he said it would be $175! Apparently the $49 was just to come to my house. I guess we should have just told him to leave because either I was lied to over the phone or we were gauged. Had I known what they really charged, I would have shopped around.
