Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.Â We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and wereÂ given a quote over the phone.Â First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra forÂ a trip charge.Â We scheduled repairs for the next day.Â Aaron called before scheduled time withÂ ETA and was on time.Â Â He was very informative, courteousÂ and helpful. He constantly updated us throughoutÂ the repairÂ cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him.Â A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents.
