"He showed up on time and kept me with updates on when he was coming out. Really nice guy. Price was great compared to everyone else. $150. I just felt he could have charged a little lower price once he saw the problem and since he didn't actually snake my main drain line. The drain was plugged with a broken piece of a 3" PVC pipe that was around 4-5 inches long and was located really close to the drain blow out. Once he pulled that out the drain was fine. He thinks maybe the builders left it in there and it got turned somehow which caused the clog. I will use again if needed and I do recommend."

"Love, love, love Joe's Plumbing. Joe came out and gave me an estimate AFTER my home warranty gave me an estimate of what the "excluded charges" would cost. The contractor my Home Warranty company was using tacked on charges that would have cost me hundreds. So I asked my home warranty company to cut me a check for what they would have paid them and I used that to pay Joe plus my out of pocket of a few hundred and I came out better than paying THEIR contract the 'excluded' charges (to bring it up to code) which Joe showed me wasn't nearly as expensive as they were trying to charge as he brought it up to code and we saved! Joe's done other work for me inside and outside the house with plumbing issues and he's so reliable and doesn't overcharge."

It included attaching all our gutter down spouts and a few surface drain basins and ran them out to my front yard close to the street. When he got into the project he had to make some adjustments to get the right pitch. He had to run it a little longer than first planned. He also found a lot of roots and filler junk. Because of those things it took a couple days more. They worked in the heat every day. They had to move some landscaping but they put it back the same way it was. Craig was very good at keeping me updated. It has only rained once since job was completed but I did see water coming out where it should. He did a great job at a reasonable price. He is definitely worth calling to see if he help you with your project."

He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen.
