My Handy Craftsman IncMy Handy Craftsman recently completed a home improvement project for us in our kitchen and three bathrooms. Our project included adding a tile backsplash in the kitchen, adding tile accent walls in the bathrooms, removing countertops and removing and replacing sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as removing and replacing mirrors and light fixtures in the bathrooms. We had an excellent experience and are extremely satisfied with the workmanship of the My Handy Craftsman team. From start to finish, they were professional, very responsive, excellent communicators, friendly, and customer-service oriented. Michael was very helpful, answered all our questions, made great recommendations, and patient with our changes. He listened to our ideas, provided insightful advice, and never recommended anything that didn’t need to be changed or upgraded. He provided us with a very fair and reasonable estimate for our project. Michael also met and coordinated with our countertop vendor to ensure there were no delays in the work flow. Once the project started, he checked in daily to ensure the project was on track, that we were satisfied, and that his staff had everything they needed. David, the assigned craftsman, was top notch, very professional, took pride in his work, and was experienced in all aspects of our project, to include tiling, wall repair, plumbing, electrical, and painting. David was also an excellent mentor and trainer to his assistant Manny. They arrived on time, gave 110%, were very precise, thorough, attentive to every detail, and cleaned up at the end of each day. David discussed options and made recommendations throughout the entire project. Our improvements look beautiful and we are still amazed every time we walk into the kitchen and bathrooms. Michael and his team exceeded our expectations and made our renovation project a very positive and stress-free experience. Bill Morgan IncWhen looking to remodel my master bathroom we came across Bill's name and were impressed with the reviews he received. Having obtained several estimates, we decided to use Bill given the positive reviews and very competitive estimate he submitted for the remodel. Bill was very professional and helpful throughout the project. He provided very good ideas on the type of tile we should use for the shower, lighting, and how best to utilize the space. Bill also provided assistance throughout the project by picking up needed materials and returning any unused materials we had purchased on our own. During the work, Bill would keep the work areas clean whenever he would leave. Bill's quality of work and attention to detail is top notch. Bill did not rush through his work and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with all aspects of the remodel. Bill's work exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with how the bathroom remodel looks. One final note, we have had a number of other contractors out to provide estimates on work that Bill does not perform (e.g., glass shower enclosures). Every contractor that has seen the bathroom has complimented us on the quality of tile work Bill completed. These are people that see tile/shower work everyday, and they were impressed even one saying -" I wish I had your tile guy on every job I did".- David R.

This is the second remodel project I had William and TPC to my house. 2 years ago I had both showers remodeled at the same time. William and his team finished 1 shower completely before they started on the other one. I was involved in the whole process including picking all the tile and the bathroom fixtures. It was completed on time and on budget and the finished project exceeded my expectations. Now earlier this year we got our kitchen remodeled, From the initial visit with William to see the space and start planning what the final project would look like and cost. He brought samples of the cabinet material and colors, we went over the area inch by inch to decide what the new cabinets would look like and he took preliminary measurement. He has a design program that not only produces line drawings with measurements but also had 2 D drawings that gave you a visual picture of the final product. We made our final selections and he measured everything again. He ordered the cabinets and when delivery was imminent we scheduled the start date. Everything was completed on schedule, on budget and when we added replacing the door into the garage, no problem added with a competitive price. We are totally satisfied with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Because he deals directly with the cabinet company and assembles them on-site, I would say it saved several thousand dollars to the total price.

They reached out to me to schedule An estimate and completely worked around my schedule! They came out and gave me the estimate and did the install the same day.
