Amilcar Padilla the second technician was excellent - I highly recommend him if you can ask for a specific plumbing tech. Replaced the original kitchen faucet from 1985 MOEN had to do a little extra work as well like install a new shut off valve since that was all rusted and corroded did everything for less than I expected. Highly recommend him and Plumbing Today

Things I loved - no up-charge for having a weekend emergency. The gentleman who came was on time and very polite. Things I did not love - there was a bit of confusion between the price I was told on the phone and the price the plumber billed. When I shared that, he immediately apologized and changed it - but since he never gave me an estimate and the one I had came from a phone call, I didn't care for that moment. As far as "rating the work quality" - it seems fine. I called because I don't know much about plumbing. Assuming the work all holds up beyond a day or two, it seemingly will have been fine work quality. But it all seems good and it was in the end a very fair price - and I would call them again.

Tankless Water Heater Repair
Minuteman responded within minutes of my call for an emergency. Our water heater went out in our new home which meant we had no hot water. I had a call from them within minutes of my inquiry and then a follow up call scheduling the appointment for Monday. I called them on Saturday. I got a return call that said they would be able to come out on Sunday. A technician was at my home on Sunday to do a detailed diagnosis and then returned on Monday to do a complete replacement of our tankless water system. Additionally, since there was so much work, he returned on Tuesday to complete the job and cancelled a personal appointment to make it happen. I was very pleased with their wok and value.

Tankless Water Heater Repair
I am new to tankless/gas water heater. I asked them to do an inspection of it (2 yrs in house) since it looked really old. I was right, it's old but working. When these guys tell you the life expectancy left in an appliance they are pretty spot on. It was in need of a service bad but since I've added soft water many of my appliances are dying. They checked out what they could and let me know its life was limited. I got a quote and can now shop around or save for the repair.

installer of kitchen faucet neglected to us disposal cover and pieces of metal fell in. I heard the unusual sound and pulled out three pieces of metal which most likely were produced by sawing.

i called and they called back with in 5 mins and they worked around my time alayna come out and looked at the problem but did not have the right tool but she called and got the right tool real fast and unclogged my pipes she also keep me in the loop at all times told me what she was doing and when it was to be done this was the best service that i every had and i have used a lot of plumbers
