"They were the best! Quick and efficient. They were able to locate three leaks in the pool and repaired them on the spot. It has been several weeks now and I only have the normal evaporation. Prior to the fix, I was losing about 5 inches in three days. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I called All Rite to get some pricing and info and there were very informative on my needs. Much more so than the company I was using before so I switched to them. They installed a new water system in my home in about a 1/2 a day and instantly my water problems have gone away! Bryan, the technician was the best! His skills and customer service in explaining the water problems that I had were exceptional."

"Paul was prompt and worked diligently to reconnect my water to my ice maker as well as remove an unused water softner and water purifier. I have no more leaks and no more unused equipment under my sink. He also explained about a new scales removal system. When I can afford it, I will hire him for install. He was a very nice person, cleaned up after himself and completed the job in a timely manner. I will hire him for my plumbing needs. Thank you Paul."

"I've used their service three times. The service they provide can't be beat. The first time I used them was after hurricane Irma when my pump head (I think that's what it was called) stopped working and the house started to flood. The septic water was not being sucked out the septic tank into the drain field causing sewage/water to build up and back up into our house. They came out the same day and figured out the problem and since the part I needed would not be available until the next day (Saturday) they pumped out the the septic tank given us the ability to use our water without it flooding for the night since by pumping out the septic tank it would have more space available to store waste. The next day they came out and installed a new pump. Everything worked perfectly thereafter. The second time they came out was because our water was backing up again which was about a year later. We were concerned since we just had the pump fixed. They came out the same day to access the problem; come to find out the switch to the pump had been accidently knocked into the off possition - probably by the lawn guys we hired. So he flipped back the switch and it started pumping and everything was well. We did feel a little silly. But everytime they respond to our calls we learn something new about having a septic tank. (By the way we are first time home buyers.) The next time they came out we had another leak which we later found out had nothing to do with the septic tank and the plumber who came out quickly isolated the problem. This time it was due to a leak in our shower from someone who had recently remolded our bathroom. They didn't even charge us the third time because they never had to dig which was a relief! So this time we got insurance involved and got our bathroom repaired, we needed a new shower pan liner, and now we are hopefully done with leaks. Ooh the joys of buying a new/old house. I am very grateful for Rooter One they are the best!!! I will always hire them for my plumbing needs and septic pump out. Love Love ❤️ their team."

"John Thompson, estimator for Total Home Roofing, was punctual and a pleasure to work with. He was cordial and answered all inquiries during the initial review of the roofing project. He was quick to respond to all additional questions before and after the quote had been accepted. It took one day to remove the old shingles on both structures. One day for delivery of the new shingles. Half day to install. Only issue was communicating with the workers. The workers did an excellent job, but only communicated in spanish."

"I could not have asked for a better group of people. I was
treated with respect from the estimator (Bill Howe) to the young lady that took
final payment. The two techs that worked on my house treated my house and belongings
as though it was their own they answered any questions I had. They were prompt
and worked into the night both days that they were here. The first night we did
not have any A.C they worked till about 10:30 pm to make sure I had temporary cooling
till they could get the rest of the work done. Both techs were clean cut they
did not use bad language or throw temper tantrums when something did not work
out or did not fit as easy as it should. Both Bill and the techs went out of
their way to work with the roofer on a separate project of adding 2 drops to my
closed in porch. They waited near 2 hours for roofers one day to show (at this time I will leave roofers unmentioned).
Before installation my electric bill in the summer was about 560$ the house is
only a bit more that 2200 sq. ft. after installation it dropped to less than
half ( replacement was a carrier green speed ). I have already referred this
company to a family member and they have also used this company for their A.C
needs. I do believe they got a total replacement as well. I give this company
an A+

We offer an overheat protection switch to keep your pumps protected. Our price point is far better than what would cost you to replace your well and centrifugal pumps. Preventive care is always better than reactive care. Aside from distributors and pump manufacturers, we don't have return clientele because our switch works perfectly. 5 minute installation and a product made in USA that is less than $200. Patented product.

Sump Pump Installation questions, answered by experts

To maintain your sump pump, start by checking it every three to four months to ensure it’s in working order. Clear any debris from the pit because blockages can prevent the pump from operating efficiently. You should also test the pump by pouring a bucket of water into the pit. If it turns on automatically and drains the water, it’s functioning correctly. Inspect the discharge line for clogs, and ensure it directs water away from your home. Once a year, clean the pump itself, and consider having it professionally serviced for optimal performance.

No. Sump pumps have different capacities, which refers to the volume of water that they can remove. They also come in various horsepower ratings, which measure the size of the pump’s motor. For many homes, 1/3 horsepower is enough. But if you live in an area that floods often, you might need a more powerful model.

If your water pump fails, the first step is to turn off the power to the pump to prevent any further damage. Check for common issues such as clogs, electrical problems, or mechanical failures. If you cannot identify the problem, contact a professional who specializes in pump repairs. Prompt action can help minimize damage and repair costs.

Yes, many modern water pumps are designed with energy efficiency in mind. Look for pumps with high efficiency ratings or those with an Energy Star certification. These pumps consume less power and can reduce your utility bills. Additionally, variable-speed pumps are more efficient since they can adjust the flow based on demand, providing significant savings over time.

In most cases, standard homeowners insurance policies do not cover damage from a sump pump failure or overflow. Coverage for water damage is often limited to sudden, unexpected events like a burst pipe that was not caused by negligence. To be covered for sump pump issues, you will likely need to purchase a specific rider, endorsement, or additional water backup insurance. If your insurer offers this type of coverage, they may require proof that your sump pump is regularly maintained.
