"They knew what they were doing for sure , had many cracks and broken concrete that had dropped and had a big area that was a void, by the time they were done the pieces were together and they filled in all the cracks and sealed them. The only thing now is it looks like puzzle pieces. So now I need to resurface or texture .it was awesome to see"

"Amazing from start to finish! We had a large hole in the exterior wall from an old AC unit. Estimates and scheduling were super easy. The two man crew that did the work were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated through the process. The brick lines they did were top notch. It’s completely seamless with the existing brick work. They cleaned up well and even closed up the back gates when they left. I would hire them again for any work in the future."

"My patio was in need of dire repair for the last year but with increased cost of goods and materials I kept putting it off due to the high estimates from Concrete companies. Came across Wet Willies Lagoon’s and he came out right away. Not only was his estimate cheaper than the other contractors I called, he finished the job way a head of schedule! I’d also like to note the professionalism of all the staff and the fact that whoever was working on my patio was dressed in the company’s work attire. I always knew who was on my property during the renovations. Thanks Wet Willie’s!"

"They were able to deliver the dumpster the same day, very reasonably priced, and great customer service. Will continue to use them as needed from now on for all our houses"

Basement Waterproofing questions, answered by experts

Covering the dirt floor in your crawl space with a vapor barrier helps insulate the space and improve the air quality in your home. It protects your crawl space from pest infestations, excess moisture, and mold growth. It also makes the crawl space less dusty, which means there’s a lower chance of dust mites breeding and causing allergic reactions in your home.

It is better to have a crawl space that is tailored to the outside temperature, your needs, and the season. For example, it is much better to have a vented space when it’s very hot outside and your AC bills are sky-high. Conversely, when the temperature drops and humidity rises, it is almost always better to have your vents shut and covered if possible.

“Basement waterproofing” sometimes refers to applying a waterproof sealant to basement walls, in which case you would use a waterproof paint, often made of latex. However, there are many methods you can use to waterproof a basement, including exterior drainage systems, interior drainage systems, dehumidifiers, and more. As such, the materials you use can vary depending on the methods you use.

Most houses will have vents in the crawl space. This allows for air passage and energy retention, which in many ways can help control the temperature inside the home. If you are able to consider the cost of a crawl space encapsulation, you may not need your crawl space vents at all.

In nearly all cases, you are required to install a vapor barrier in your crawl space. However, local regulations will change based on the local climate and the crawl space's susceptibility to moisture. Even if a vapor barrier is not legally required, it is often a good idea to keep your crawl space dry.
