Not well, two different shower pans liner (no liner or idk said to be clear) brought questions of the installation as a whole. (Photos attached) I had requested the assurance of waterproofing, as I live above/beside others. A water hammer deceloped when they performed shower/control valve replacement & also parts were left off. Box discarded. Box also needed for parts registration. They continued to close in other bathroom shower walls before plumbing resolved. Waterhammer happens every time I Flush toilet(s), turn on faucet, wash clothes. All plumbing fixtures are affected. Terrible to hear. They said they would need to cut into newly installed tile, after cutting into A/C closet sheetrock wall. Sheetrock wall still open. I stopped the process (thus why cost reflecting is for first portion) when I saw two different shower bases & the gaps in durarock. I didn't wish more materials to be wasted, as there is a difference in the two bases & the walls are now more restricted for plumbing access. It is difficult to determine full cost when repairs are up in the air to be dine &/or redone.

Very well. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the detail. I had a trim which was a little tricky matching the pattern, but he was did it well. After the job he cleaned my space and left it like he found. I will recommend their service to others. Aileen T
