"As an association board member, I was looking for a licensed and insured handyman, who would be available when we needed repairs for our 4 floor, 30-unit building. They needed to be responsible and experienced in a multitude of jobs. I also needed someone who would also be available for a unit owner if needed. He redid my master bath, took out the old whirlpool tub, removed the old tile floor and replaced all the wallboard.
