By far the worst company with the most incompetent technicians, not to mention an owner that could care less about his customers. Seriously reprehensible outfit that I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. They are incredibly lazy, wasted almost 2 weeks of my and my tenant’s time, and THE PROBLEM WAS STILL NEVER ADDRESSED!!! I finally called another company out and it took this new technician about 3 minutes to diagnose the issue. And another hour or so to fix it. Something South Cooling couldn’t seem to do the 1st, 2nd OR 3rd time they came out for the service calls. One reason for that might be the fact that they have zero communication and just showed up, did a quick knock on my tenants door, and then left without calling me or the tenant to let them know they were there. Absolutely no concern whatsoever for the fact that there are people living in that apartment suffering through 95° temperatures inside the unit, for over a week and a half while this company drag their feet and made up excuses and still charged me for the trouble. Oh and it’s worth noting that I placed several calls to the company and left messages, urgent messages asking that the owner contact me to discuss the situation. And I still have not heard from a single soul. Whatever you do, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Positively reprehensible.
