Yes, they did a great job. They served my AC. It didn't need to be replaced

The company was hired by my home warranty. The job was not completed correctly and when we called them back to fix it the next day, the person on the phone refused and hung up on my husband. They refused to complete the job they were hired to do. They told us in order for them to come back, we had to put in a new work order. Horrible customer service!!!!

The technician came check the unit and found the problem. He corrected the issue. My house is big and I have 2 units. I asked the technician if he had time to check on my second unit since I did not know if it was time to do a coil cleaning. The technician was super nice about it and he check it . The technician was very professional, he took the time to explained everything to me and gave me some recommendations.

I would recommend this company to whomever needs their AC fixed. Prices were also very reasonable in comparison to other quotes I received. I was very pleased with the overall service(s).

By far the worst company with the most incompetent technicians, not to mention an owner that could care less about his customers. Seriously reprehensible outfit that I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. They are incredibly lazy, wasted almost 2 weeks of my and my tenant’s time, and THE PROBLEM WAS STILL NEVER ADDRESSED!!! I finally called another company out and it took this new technician about 3 minutes to diagnose the issue. And another hour or so to fix it. Something South Cooling couldn’t seem to do the 1st, 2nd OR 3rd time they came out for the service calls. One reason for that might be the fact that they have zero communication and just showed up, did a quick knock on my tenants door, and then left without calling me or the tenant to let them know they were there. Absolutely no concern whatsoever for the fact that there are people living in that apartment suffering through 95° temperatures inside the unit, for over a week and a half while this company drag their feet and made up excuses and still charged me for the trouble. Oh and it’s worth noting that I placed several calls to the company and left messages, urgent messages asking that the owner contact me to discuss the situation. And I still have not heard from a single soul. Whatever you do, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Positively reprehensible.

This has to be the worst company when it comes to customer service. I have never dealt with a business this bad, they are worse than even Comcast and AT&T, so that's saying something. Had a service call and the woman on the phone gave me an appointment time slot. Time slot comes and goes. I call and was told the driver had vehicle issues so he would be there first thing the next morning. Next morning 11:30 am goes by no technician. I call her back and she tells me another lie. She is a pathological liar. It's really pathetic for her to be the main contact when you reach this company. I finally get a technician the fourth day. Technician comes out and looks at everything. Says everything checks out but can't explain why the house isn't staying cool. I call back and request a lead technician. I was told first that she left a voicemail for me the day I submitted the request. Looking at my phone, I did not get one phone call that day. Another lie. So I waited four days before following up because I hadn't heard from her. She says next appointment is the following week. I schedule it. Today was that appointment between 1 and 5. At 4:30 I call the liar back. Is he coming. Oh he's running late. He will call you 30 minutes before he comes. So I ask, so he's still coming tonight? I get repeatedly yes yes he will be there. Think he showed? Of course not. This is the worst company on the face of the planet. Totally incompetent.

I have never used this company in the past and was very surprised with the on time commitment of the appointments and communications. Everything I was told actually happened as promised. The repairman was very knowledgeable and professional. He reviewed his findings in detail and explained my options. I researched the cost of the evaporator and found the quoted price very competitive.
