After discussing options, I decided to replace and upgrade the whole system. He was able to get the old unit up and running that morning, while I waited for the new system to be installed. The new unit was much larger than the old unit and the weather was not cooperative that day, but Joni, persevered and got the job done in a calm professional manner. His work was meticulous and he cleaned up after himself. At the end of his long (probably frustrating) day, he took the time to orient me to my new unit and thermostat. Scott was super, responding to my numerous questions and text messages throughout this process. However, Jack took time from his busy schedule to provide invaluable information regarding the correct type of filter that should be utilized for maximum efficiency.
