E-Z General and Roofing Contractors was supposed to fix a leak in my roof with a 1 year guarantee. The work was not satisfactory less than a year later my roof started leaking again in the same spot. When I called them to come back and fix the problem they told me that it was a different leak in the same area and that I would have to pay for a whole new fix. I contacted 3 other contractors in the area and had them come by to give me estimates and look over the work. They all had the same thing to say that the previous company did not abide by "good construction practices" and messed up the repair by not sealing joints correctly. I had to hire a different company (GI Roofers) to fix the problem correctly. I am pursuing legal action against this company.

We Contacted EZ General Contractors because our pool deck , patio and driveway all had cracks and seemed to be settling.  We received and email response the same day and a phone call from their estimator Kelly the following day.  Kelly scheduled a time for us to meet which worked with our schedule.  He called to say he was running 30 minutes late which we appreciated.  When Kelly arrived he listened to our issues and asked us several follow up questions.  After taking several photographs and measurements he took a walk around the house and pointed out a few areas where our stucco was beginning to buckle due to water intrusion.  We did not know this was even a problem.  The next day we received a detailed proposal outlining the repairs; in the case of the driveway and patio the broken corners were removed and a form was placed on the ground after a compacting machine was used.  New concrete was poured and the finish touched up with a broom to match the existing concrete.  In the case of the pool deck a expanding foam compound was jetted under the deck which expanded slowly causing the settling to be rectified.  The settlement crack was then touched up with a sort of slurry past which made it almost invisible.  The cracked wall stucco was chipped away and new stucco was applied.  The workers wore uniforms, their trucks were clean, they laid down plastic in each area where they worked, each one seemed to have a specific job and they went about their business in a workmanlike manner.  I was surprised how fast they completed the repairs and was impressed by their efficiency.  I recommend this company to anyone who needs concrete or stucco repairs.

There work was very sloppy, also left a lot of things in my neighborhood. Other than that his tiles and workmanship was very good. But when I got a lean from him I was absolutely shocked by it. But after contacting the company about the lean, it was released. I believe that it should of never happened and it took a week for it to be taken off.

We received excellent service w/EZ roofing. They quickly responded to our request, kept us informed of activities, kept to their quote, and quickly repaired the roof. The price was better than our two other quotes. We will observe the workmanship w/rains, but no problems to date. Thank you.

He's a very honorable person.  Anything goes wrong, he goes right to fix it as soon as he can.  In the seven years I've used him, I've never had a problem.  His price is very comparable, it's always either the lowest or close to others.  I recommend him without reservation.  I have the highest regard for this guy and his work.

I contracted with Home Depot and this is the subcontractor. They arrived on time and were informative about the process. The roof is not finished yet but I am happy with them. There have been some hiccups like water coming in when it rained and a little bit of a mess, but they came right out and have been taking care of everything. Let's see how things finish out.....
