"When I called on a Sunday to describe my problem I asked directly "How much will it cost to clear the drain?" I was told $139 today or $49 tomorrow. I thought $49 was a phenomenal deal so I said sure, come on out on Tuesday. I guess I should have asked what their Tuesday rate was because when the tech showed up on Tuesday he said it would be $175! Apparently the $49 was just to come to my house. I guess we should have just told him to leave because either I was lied to over the phone or we were gauged. Had I known what they really charged, I would have shopped around. "Work was started about 1030 and completed around 1:30.  Work was done by Nathaniel who was very pleasant and professional.
ekFront roof was pressure washed.  Side walks, driveway and front of house were also cleaned.  All areas look great.  Should satisfy Hunters Creek HOA.  Nathaniel walked me through everything he had done when he finished.
Excellent job.  Will definately use in the future.
