Eric efficiently accomplished the task, and showed me pictures of what was causing the drain clogs, and gave me tips for preventing future problems. This was really helpful! He also pointed out some other potential issues that we are now aware of, to keep an eye and budget for repairing in the future. Overall excellent experience!"

I thought $49 was a phenomenal deal so I said sure, come on out on Tuesday. I guess I should have asked what their Tuesday rate was because when the tech showed up on Tuesday he said it would be $175! Apparently the $49 was just to come to my house. I guess we should have just told him to leave because either I was lied to over the phone or we were gauged. Had I known what they really charged, I would have shopped around. This is a mistake I won't make again. This is a shame because in all other aspects Service One seemed like a good company. Too bad their deceptive pricing had to ruin a good thing."
