The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. "Excellent experience over the past three years, initially replacing 23 windows in my mid century house with hurricane impact windows, and then having Martin Toro Contracting turn a screened porch into an enclosed sunroom with impact windows. Their work was meticulous and attentive to details . The window installers took care to be sure the windows were level, seated and sealed properly and installed with minimal wall damage. Mr Toro was always present supervising and helping to install the windows. The porch to sunroom remodeling was the same. The framing was done with laser leveling to correct for the pitch of the roof. The windows were installed as above. The drywall was finished to a level 5. The trim carpenters and painters were careful and attentive to detail. In particular, Mr Toro was very approachable, always present to supervise the work and never hesitated to ensure that the finished work met my expectation.
