During his inspection, Wilson discovered that the furnace — which was installed by a different company — was missing a drip leg, something that should have been included during the original installation. He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer. "We unexpectedly had A/C that was no longer cooling. I emailed over the weekend and they called us and came out Monday morning. Our A/C unit needed to be replaced. We'd used Service One for maintenance for several years and knew their work was great. This service continued. The 2 men worked all day and into early evening to get the old unit out and the new unit in and new upgraded variable thermostat (I love it!). Alfredo didn't try to up-sell us into something we didn't need. The 2 guys that did the work were a great team working together to get it done. Completely cleaned up everything. They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said.
