Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". "The technician who came was punctual and professional. While installing the new shower head I pointed out that there was a drip; the technician acknowledged this and stated he was only installing the shower head and not the cartridge. The technician needed to use a saw to remove the old faucet handles for our sink; he accidentally cut the sink as well in a couple of places. The next day one of the sinks had a leak and the shower head had a drip. I called Service One and they sent out the same technician. Upon arrival the technician acknowledged the drip in the shower from the prior day. When I asked why he did not fix this his reply was "I was only here to install the faucets and shower head - you never asked me to fix the dripping seen in the shower..." Why would a plumber not recognize the dripping water and discuss ways to correct the issue the first time? Also, when I asked if the drip in the faucet was from the cuts made in the sink from the saw the technician stated no. The technician also did not apologize for the cuts made to our sink. I am also curious why the company did not call to follow-up on services rendered, especially since I needed the technician to come out a second time..."

"Steve was very prompt with his response to my initial inquiry and setting up a visit for the estimate. The work was able to be completed much more quickly than I had anticipated, and done well. We had 2 levels of gutters cleaned out- some had plant shoots growing out of them (ugh). We have a lengthy stone retaining wall which was quite mossy. Now we can see the actual stone . It looks brand new! We will definitely use them again."

"After having really bad clogged sink & garbage disposal issues over several months I took advantage of a $39 special offered by this company.The service repairman, Chris, came on time, was very friendly and professional. It turned out my clogged sink needed much work. After failed attempts at trying to unclog the drains by indoor methods using several different lengths of snake, he ended up having to go on my roof a couple of times with his tools to finally be able to clear the drains. For awhile, it seemed nothing would work, but Chris expressed his determination and successfully completed the work.  For the first time in a long time, my drains work perfectly. His work time was approximately 2 hours. The total bill, not including the $39 special was 297.40, however, he gave me a $50 credit in place of the $39 so my balance ended up at $247.20. (
One quirk having nothing to do with the work but was a bit perplexing so I'll note it: Each time the office called me to either confirm the appointment or inform me Chris was on the way, the caller ID read 'Federal Express'. I don't pick up calls I don't have business with &/or recognize but  fortunately, I do have an account with FedEx so I picked up only to be surprised that it was the plumbing service. I could have missed the appointment. I reported this to the young lady after each call & suggested she might want to check with their phone company for an answer and resolution.)
