"We hired Rowland & Sons Tree Service to grind a huge tree stump and then level the area were the stump was and we could not be more pleased with their work. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. We had a team of three (mom, dad, and son) who worked together to get the job done. In addition to grinding and leveling we asked them to save the soil/sawdust which they did happily and placed it in containers which we provided. They saved our sod which we easily replanted. I highly recommend Rowland & Sons for this type of work."

"I have used Mid-Florida tree service for years and loved them, but this time I dealt with a new arborist-in-training since the arborist I have always worked with was unavailable. I requested the removal of a low-hanging branch, but, due to a 50/50 misunderstanding, the wrong branch (a cherished, fern-covered, beautiful branch that gave me privacy from the neighbors) was removed. Further, the crew damaged our gate/fence with the truck and left deep ruts in our yard. 
Though all these things were distressing, I would not be writing this review except for the arborist's lack of follow-through. The work was done on Monday, and that day, he apologized about the branch, and I told him that, given everything, I thought we were due a partial refund. I planned to use the money to purchase a large staghorn fern or two and heavy-duty hangers to fill the empty spot. He said he'd look into the refund and promised that the fence and ruts would be repaired that week. I never heard back from anyone that week. The next week, after he got my message from the week before, he did send out a man who did an excellent job repairing my fence and gate, and that man left some buckets of dirt for us to fill the ruts ourselves. I spoke with the arborist a second time, and he said he'd look into a partial refund. No one has ever contacted me again.
I am disappointed with the lack of response from Mid-Florida Tree Service.

"I can easily recommend Gold Palm Solutions if you need tree removal. I was quite satisfied with their price. I did have them include stump grinding. Of course, the cleanup was excellent. I also had them secure a Shady Lady tree for me so I could get that in the ground. Although a separate contract for me several days after the tree removal, I was glad to have them make a wise decision on the perfect tree. They brought it, installed it, and really took care throughout the process. I was once again impressed with their skills. Most of my interactions were with Alex and Jay.
