"Absolutely fantastic service! Gene was extremely prompt, professional, caring, and thorough. I could tell from my first meeting with him that he cares about the service he provides and the trees that he works on. He is not only a licensed arborist, but he also keeps up to date on research and tree care techniques. The turnaround time was very quick. The team that came out was professional, efficient, and quick. He has the best equipment and an arborist on site during the work. Gene also came out to make sure instructions were clear."

"I had about 5 companies quote me to remove a 40-year old live oak tree that was damaging my driveway. I selected Proper Cut because Ken was very thorough in explaining the permit versus arborist letter we would need, showed us copies of the liability and workers comp insurance they carry, and he showed us multiple laminated pictures of the kinds of machines they use and what to expect with their team doing the work. We were very pleased that they were available to do the tree/stump removal within a few days. They had about six-seven guys who did a great job while taking great care for our property and their safety. The whole process took about 4 hours and the next day you can barely tell that a tree was there! They did a great job grinding the stump flat to the lawn and removed all the debris from the yard, driveway and roof. The price we paid was also very fair. They were not the cheapest (which we didnt want when considering insurance and quality of work anyway), but not the most expensive either. I was surprised by some of the quotes that were more expensive for companies who I could tell were not of the caliber that Proper Cut appears to be. We would hire Proper Cut again."

"Very well. Tony does a wonderful job. Shapes oak trees perfectly!"

"Mike and his crew did an excellent job taking out several trees for me and trimming others back. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was done carefully and the cleanup afterward was just as impressive everything looked neat and well taken care of. Their pricing was very fair, especially for the quality of work they provide. On top of that, they were genuinely friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not always easy to find a crew that combines skill, reliability, and good customer service, but Mike and his team definitely delivered. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing tree work done."

"Outdoor Experts did an amazing job of trimming a large oak tree for me. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. Thanks again!"

"Good experience. Fast, professional and a price that was well below all the other competetors. Plus he actually did the right thing and checked on permit and got arborist to write a letter (all for no additional fee). I'm running out of trees, but if I need any more trimming, J Macias is definitely who I'm calling. (Remove one large laurel okay, major trim to second large laurel oak -- $2800)"

"Man what a great job Mr Parker did with his crew. Showed up the date and time we set up. His crew did a great job ,clearing the tree ,and putting it in the median. This was a storm damaged tree. I will hire him again. He also gave a quote for another damaged tree."

"Perfect job. Trees look best they have in years. Good price, Very courteous. Very clean, on-time. Use ATN for great service not those other businesses. Will use again."

"I was really nervous about having the tree work done because it was close to my house, but Richard put me at ease about and answered all of my questions. He was very professional, did the work in a timely manner and I didn't have to worry. I would highly recommend him."

"Did a great job trimming my large oak tree. The men worked constantly. No standing around. Left the yard immaculate. Very polite and professional. Would highly recommend them. Neighbors all commented on how nice it looks. Would definitely use them again."
