"Before installing a TPO roof make sure to clean your roof with bleach to remove the mold before the roofers install the plastic. Also remove all the old caulking around the edges of the roof because the installers do not do such a good job removing the old caulk."

Having been a roofer himself and now a supervisor, he is knowledgeable in aspects of a roof replacement. We were extremely grateful and pleased with Jon! We have a 2,800 sq. ft. two story house with a high roof. We chose the GAF architectural, charcoal colored shingles and couldn’t be more pleased. Classic Roofing installed the peel and stick underlayment which adds another layer of waterproofing. The workers were hard workers, courteous and careful not to damage our landscaping. However, one of the old shingles accidently hit and damaged one of the landscaping lights. Jeff of Classic Roofing promptly arranged with Designing Elves to inspect and replace the light.
