"This was not a good experience at all. He confirmed in a text message that he would arrive on Wednesday. When no one showed up, I texted him asking about the delay. He texted back that he was still coming that day. As it grew late, I texted again because the job was clearly not going to be done. He replied that he couldn't come due to problems with another job. I immediately requested a cancellation and a refund, but he refused. He began offering a lot of nonsense excuses, including saying that he can't return things, which is untrue. He was rude, unprofessional, and totally uncooperative. Even though I proposed a solution, he still refused to cooperate and still didn't refund my money. He never arrived and did not do work. Nothing has been refunded so far, and I have had no further communications from him. I also found similar complaints about him from other customers."

"If you're in the market for an overpriced residential siding fix to repair a water leak, using cheapest, most inferior materials, including an ordinary piece of wood that paints poorly rather than a pressure-treated board, plus the sloppiest sealant job done on earth with an acrylic product that costs a few bucks, look no further than Roman's Empire Builders, a self-proclaimed top-of-the-line general construction firm. We had a water leak over the window coming in from the outside. We asked them to install z flashing to fix the siding. This firm will not only over charge you, use an untrained worker to do a bad caulking job, but it will inflate the price, cut your siding and z flashing incorrectly, and leave a huge gap. Then they finished the job in less than an hour. This firm is definitely not to be recommended. It is not as highly skilled as they think. If Roman's does your job, you may have to hire another contractor or do the job yourself. Shop around for a better constructor."
