After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect! As my husband said: "PURE POOLS DID MORE work in two weeks than the former company did in a year."  So, true.  We had hired another company whose family has been in the pool business in this area for MANY years to do the following:  resurface the pool and spa, install a new cage, install a spa heater, level out the pool deck and coat it, there were some other small tasks as well.  Well it suffices to say that in a year, they did not finish the job and what they did do was shoddy work.  The only good work was the pool cage and that was because they sub-contracted that ... and they did not pay the sub!

No matter your situation, you cannot find a better pool company than Pure Pools.  Jimmy and his team are the best and they work harder than any group of people.  They are skilled, conscientious, attentive to detail, always available for questions, informative and always helpful in helping you accomplish what you want/need on a budget you can afford.  They came in a clearned up the mess of the other pool company that we took to court (and won) and did a great job on our pool/spa/deck.  It has never looked or functioned so well.  Equally important, they came in and did it all on budget in two weeks as promised.  The owner, Jimmy, was either on-site or called me EVERYDAY to check on the project and to make sure we were pleased with the work.  He is very knowledgeable about pools and pool equipment, as is his staff and they all did a wonderful job.

"Look no further you found your man right here! Aaron was an incredible find. I am having a pool renovation done in Aaron installed all of the equipment for my spool. He installed a new heater, pump, changed it over to salt, installed a computer, and hooked up my roof solar as well. This guy knows what he's doing. He did all the electrical work needed to make all of this stuff run correctly. He worked tirelessly in completed it in one full day and it was a lot of work. If you're looking to get the job done right this is your man. I could not be happier!"

"Judy Sarsten, the Ten Plus Services office manager, was very responsive, pleasant and professional.  The crew assigned to the job, Paul and Dexter, arrived at the time promised.  They showed me the corrosion problem (structural rupture) that precluded fixing the old unit.  When I inquired about replacement options, Paul provided well-reasoned advice about the heat pump and gas-fired alternatives.  I decided a gas-fired pool heater would be best.  Paul said the office would send me a proposal. 
Judy sent a detailed estimate the next business day, including the Angie's List discount and offering to waive the service call fee for the first visit.  The $2500 price seemed fair; it was less expensive than the old unit (purchased by a previous homeowner).  I accepted their proposal on the condition that the work would be accomplished within nine days.  Ten Plus Service made this happen.  Paul and Dexter did an excellent job installing the new unit and the new gas line needed to supply it.  They were pleasant to work with and readily answered my questions regarding various aspects of the installation.  They showed me how to operate it and how its use can be coordinated with my solar panels.  They hauled away the old unit and all trash.
Employing Ten Plus Service was a pleasure from start to finish.  The heater is working very well, as evidenced by a 5 degree Fahrenheit water temperature increase over two hours, even with the outside air temperature below 60.  I am very satisfied and will gladly hire them again.
