"I had beyond a great experience with Contractors on Demand! It started on the first contact with Felipe, which was very clear about the work I was getting done at my house, step by step. Their work got me speechless and I already referred them to many friends and family, as we are always looking for the best to get any work done."

"Horrible. Leak in bathroom which they denied was there until I had to pull a baseboard. They had to pull the vanity and fix the leak but never came back to finish the job with replacement of a new cabinet. No preparation/leveling was done to subfloor prior to new engineered hardwood being installed. Result was floor that moved and squeaked in some areas. Also did not lay boards in a random pattern which resulted in groupings of like boards that looked terrible. They tried for months to tell us they were working with their insurance to have the floor replaced. They ended up cutting off communications with us and we were forced to hire a lawyer. Long story shorter, they would not offer restitution for their faulty work. After a year of trying to resolve the problem, we were forced to replace the flooring out of our own pocket at $30K. They have no integrity or live up to their guarantee of quality and customer satisfaction. Worst experience we ever had with a contractor."

"I want to share my experience with Ambry Design for a custom closet. It was a flawless and professional process beginning with the Design Consultant, Dave Cousineau, and ending with the installer, Matthew Ridgeway. When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. We could not have had a more positive experience from beginning to end and the closet is more beautiful than I expected."

"This is two reviews in one: In March 2020 I was new to the Sarasota area, looking for someone to remodel my master and guest bathrooms. I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. I could not be happier with the work that was done to my kitchen, the quality of work is exceptional, the professionalism at which Jeff and the company demonstrates adds to the overall quality of the work. "By far the worst experience we’ve ever had. It started off promising. We were given a quote for the job: $1010 for getting back splash done. Which was pricey considering we provided thin set, back splash tile, and our kitchen only required 14.5-15 square feet covered. The representative on the phone said it would be done in one day. For starters, the handyman had a difficult time working with the marble tile we provided. The tile was chipping and crumbling, the cuts on the edges were uneven. The thin set was spread unevenly, leaving some of the grooves hollow. In addition to getting thin set on the new quartzite countertops, the handyman cracked the corner of the countertop by the stove (which both the manager and handyman denied). Quartzite Countertop which was not cracked, and just happened to crack right below where he was working. The worker was not sure if he broke it, and the manager denied it all the way claiming they are not at fault. Countertop was put in one week before the backsplash, not cracked as we did an inspection with the workers!!! Moreover, even though the job was NOT complete in one day, the company not only wanted to collect the quote for 1010.00, but also said that we would be charged extra the next day! Despite the quote they provided! We had no idea they charged by the day!!! I need to work for a company like that, work as slow as possible and make sure you come back again and again and keep charging the customer. Quotes mean nothing to this company and manger!! In the end, we ended up paying 1462.00 for the unsatisfactory job, but just wanted to be done with them. After all said in done to have some simple backsplash done, costed us around 2,500 to fix the mess they left us. Should have done it myself!! If you are looking to pay way too much, and get treated terrible by a manager then this is the place for you!! If you want good service and jobs done right, don’t call the HANDYMAN!!!"
