"We have never contracted with this person to do any work."
"I am surprised at the B rating. The customer told me that they were very satisfied several times throughout the project. There was a mess left by the tile guy who came back the next day to cleanup. There were a few things that did not go smoothly due to the materials ordered by the customer before the job was bid. This caused several extra trips back to the job which they were not charged for. Very nice people."
"We corresponded with the customer several times to try and schedule she was always traveling and we were having trouble scheduling. She called 6 months later and wanted her project done right away, which we could not do. It is the customers responsibility to follow up with this type of purchase through Angies List. With a Big Deal purchase, we do not go and look at the project because of the large discount. The project details are discussed over the phone and we go and do the work."
"At the time we were running a shower caulking special and did 36 jobs and had no other complaints. This customers issue is likely due to water penetration which would require more than a caulking job."
"The Angies List Big Deal was to replace a fixture/ fan. We went out to install a fan the homeowner had previously tried to install and said it had sparked. The globe was broken as it was set down and the homeowner was told we would take care of that. The fan was installed and would not operate. The homeowner said they would get a replacement and call back when they had it. We were not there to diagnose an electrical problem only to install the fan. Not sure how there could be a low voltage line running there when the homeowner said the fan that was there before was working."
