Tim is very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We originally had them do our cabinets in the kitchen and we were so impressed with the work we had them back to do the cabinets in our ensuite bathroom.

Though the project was difficult, Tim was able to complete resurfacing on two custom surgical tables, as well as multiple drawers in our office. He was very courteous, and continually tried to provide excellent work, in the time-frame presented. Mitered Solutions prices projects accordingly, and fairly. I would recommend Tim/Mitered Solutions to anyone looking for custom work or repairs on current pieces.

My timing was unfortunate. Ebert had just left the business with the money and the business was in disaray. I t took several month to receive the finished product that was promised in 2 weeks. I had to make a special 100 mile round trip to their facility to pick up my color sample. This was not a good experience.

Well they picked up my table the day after you guys gave me their number and a week later I got an e-mail saying the guy who came to my house was fired and they didn't know which table was mine. I expected to have my table back by now. I spoke to the owner of the company at least 4 weeks ago on the phone. I e-mailed him 2 days ago and yesterday received the same e-mail as the first time, which is to contact him about what job he is doing for me!

"We do apologize for any inconvenience. We had a gentleman working for us who caused a lot of confusion & problems with numerous clients along with mismanaging funds that were in escrow for those clients. As a result Ebert Eberly has been fired & we have requested he return all funds that were mismanaged. We spoke to Mrs. D to explain what happened, what needed to be done & that she was one of the last customers to be sold, at first she agreed to wait through the process than she called back two weeks later & changed her mind. After we tried to explain one more time she refused to wait so we released her furniture to her & refunded her$"

I did not build a cabinet as was my first request. Instead, I used the money for crown molding and Mitered Solutions did the work. The work was completed on time and the workmanship was excellent. The staff was professional, courteous and produced what was promised. I would use Mitered Solutions again and would recommend them for any type of cabinet construction.

"We custom made a handle for a lazy-boy chair as requested by the customer, Due to circumstances we can not comment on the handle broke. We did finish what we were requested to do and the handle did not break do to our negligence but because we believe in customer satisfaction we refunded the clients money and gave him the contact information of a lazy-boy chair dealer who could help."

Ebert showed up. Never heard from him again. He didn't fix anyting and never got back to us after over a week and a half we gave up. No work ethics down here at all. Impossible to find a good handyman that for sure let alone someon who works with wood well. He made the round holes square and we had to find a Murphy bed sales store to help out. It is still not fixed. FORGET THEM.

"The customer was discouraged from the start, as the extent of the replacement needed was out of their price range. My creative solution avoided a total replacement and was welcomed with excitement, as it was a cost effective alternative that would repair the problem and stay well within the customer�s budget. It did, require new hinges to be ordered, and I said I would call when the hinges arrived � approximately 10 days. Regrettably, it seems they misunderstood our time estimate, and were too angered by that misunderstanding to continue. It's unfortunate, as the repair would have been simple and produced delightful results."
