"There is absolutely nothing honest about this company mark my words. I've used them for over three years and thanks to their crappy maintenance, I had to replace my entire air conditioner and spent almost $7000 because of how backed up and destroyed the air conditioner was due to poor maintenance. I trusted this company to maintain my AC unit for the last three years and after realizing that what they were doing was showing up to my home for five minutes and then leaving was nothing short of a robbery. This company is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and nothing short of a fraud, and thanks to them I've had to replace my entire unit. Beware those who are using them you will eventually have to replace your machine just like I did because I trusted the wrong people. Danilo did refund me for this last maintenance because I had to fire them and hire a new company after 2 days of Danilo coming for maintenance, I had my AC unit leaking because of their poor services. Their services were so poor that the new company spent three hours, trying to clear up the pipes that were clogged up and backed up because they had not been properly cleaned in years. What these people cost me was a brand new almost $7000 unit +3 days of no air conditioner and $300 for emergency service. Sadly, I cannot get this money or this time back, but I do believe in karma, and they will get theirs. Thankfully, I found a new company that is not only honest it is family owned, and they do what they say. They are also a lot less expensive for maintenance per year."

"This company was scheduled to come on a Tuesday at 9:30am. I contacted the owner Danny at 9:29am asking to contact me once a tech was inside my community. At 9:30am, I did not hear a knock at the door. At 9:45am, I contact Danny, he says a tech come by and knocked on door. Not one person knocked on my door that morning, 1000% as I live in a small apartment and have a dog that barks at knocking. I missed missed work that morning during that missed appt. I reluctantly accepted an another appt for the following Tuesday. I then receive a call from Danny stating he has to reschedule to Friday at 11am. I said this is unacceptable considering I've requested off of work again and considering what initially happened. I also inquired why I did not receive a courtesy call anyone. Danny I don't have to call and you can't tell me how to run my business and proceeded to call me every name under the sun including a b*****, a tramp, a **** stating I can go f**** myself and not use First Air, Inc. I hung up the phone as he was still cursing. My landlord also spoke with him and experienced his nasty attitude. I wish I could rate First Air, Inc. zero stars. I have never once in my life ever experienced such unprofessional service. My landlord had previously used this company to replace the air handler. She paid a lot of money to do so and this is the service we received. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT HIRING FIRST AIR, INC. The owner should have his license revoked."

"Do not ever use this company. You cannot trust him at all installed a new AC unit in my villa in July 2021. Kyle never answers his text messages or phone calls. Sent him text messages I never received a manual on how to work my AC unit. Numerous text messages back-and-forth and eventually called another person who is recommended to come and check my AC unit. I advised Kyle said he never put the proper hurricane clamps on all four sides of the AC unit. Only three were done and he advised that he never leveled the unit . Text back-and-forth to him finally got answered and he said sorry I’m dead never saw them. Well that whole deal cost me another $410 to fix because since the AC unit wasn’t level the Freon leak out I need a new Freon put in. Also he never put new insulation on the pipe coverings and also never cleaned out the pipe so that it would run through. He also said he would reimburse me for the money I laid out and so far no check . It has been over 2 1/2 weeks and still no check. Do yourself a favor and call another company. Do not waste your time and money on this company. Cannot trust them even when the text say they will fix it by reimbursing you the money you laid out which she should have done in the first place."
