I usually don't make calls, but I've had so many A/C people come out and fix my other businesses. He actually explains step by step what he's doing, and I always feel like other A/C professionals don't do this, but after seeing what he was doing, I wasn't giving my money away, he earned it. He was professional and went out of his way to do the work.
