"I've hired Guinn but I haven't actually had the work done yet. I close escrow on the 21st. I'll hire Guinn to do the window"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. Thanks also to Michel and Sergio for project management, and to Emily, Luisa and JJ for the coordination. Overall, my experience with ASP was outstanding. Their commitment to providing high-quality service and their dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of window and door installation services."

"I am really happy with their service. They fixed all my windows and left them like new again. They were honest, professional, and punctual."

"Everything was great awesome service!"

"Douglas was recommended by a friend who had utilized him in the past. My windows had been neglected since they are covered by shades, but what a difference it had made after having them professionally cleaned. I would recommend this company and will be using them again."

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"From start to finish the service was great. I got my appointment scheduled early in the morning and had a representative show. Up within that same hour. All windows and doors were measured and I was able to finance this project at a very affordable price. 3 months after I began my process with USA my windows and doors were installed in the cleanest and easiest fashion. I was very happy with the result from USA and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to upgrade their home!"
