From start to finish the service was great. I got my appointment scheduled early in the morning and had a representative show. Up within that same hour. All windows and doors were measured and I was able to finance this project at a very affordable price. 3 months after I began my process with USA my windows and doors were installed in the cleanest and easiest fashion. I was very happy with the result from USA and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to upgrade their home!

It took forever to get the permit approved. The inspector had to come back multiple times. About 4 months total. Now after 7 months, the A/C is not working. Junior, who was great, came out a day later than scheduled, and said it was a warranty part. I could not get anyone from there to let me know how long it will take. Finally, after multiple calls today, they told me the part would get there in 7-10 days hopefully and then they would message me. Seriously? My husband is on dialysis and needs a good house temperature.

Hired this company for roof replacement and used a PACE finance program. Since they are on the approved company list, we figured it was a safe bet. They were $3k more than other companies that came out to give us a quote but we were looking for quality work. After we got through all the HOA approvals. I was told they could not get the tile until May. At first, they were very responsive, even their little minion Steve who scouts clients was calling nonstop trying to get our business. Once they finally started on our roof, it is been a nightmare. I keep getting excuses and a run around from Elizabeth and Gil. Phrases like you have my word have been used for the last 6 weeks when discussing completion. The roof is holding up 3 other projects and they have no sense of urgency. It is always something. First, the tile was unavailable, then it got loaded but delivered to the wrong address, etc. It is always been something. I guess that they over-committed themselves, took on too many projects, and did not have enough workers to complete them. It is been about 6 weeks and my roof still is incomplete. My neighbors had their roof completed in a week so I know this project should not take that long. This company is a mess. I do not recommend them to anyone. The roofers do not speak a lick of English so that creates more issues when they are working. Find another company for your roofing needs. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and will not complete your project in a timely fashion. Horrific company. Wish I could go back and hire someone else. They also left all their materials in my walkway until I made a stink about it and they came out and moved it. gave me pushback on the timeframe for permits, inspections, completion, etc. just awful.

He re scheduled and was late. He put my frame up and was not line up right. He was asking for money which was $150. He asked what she was paying Angi. He told us that he was under paid. I had to hire someone else to fix the project. I feel un safe with him knowing.
