"I interviewed close to 10 companies to have hurricane windows installed at my townhouse. I have 5 windows and 2 sliding glass doors that needed replacement. Many of the companies that came out wanted to do a 2 hour presentation on their windows and a strong sales pitch. Prices ranged as high as $21,000.00 I was disillusioned about having the work done till one of my friends told me to contact East Coast Windows & Doors Inc as she had worked with them last year to replace windows at her home. Well, all I can say is that I am so glad I did. I met with Ed the owner who is a straight shooter and honorable man. They were prompt and professional. I got a great product and a great price. They have their own installation team and do not subcontract the installation as so many companies do. Ravi and his team were exceptional! And despite the fact that it rained the day of the installation the work was done with high quality and care for my needs. All in all, their are a lot of companies out there doing this work , but many are rip off's! Upon inspection of the windows, Lewis offered a wide range of films from which to choose and explained the benefits of each, so that I made the appropriate choice for my project. Seven windows were treated at my residence, including the removal of 30-year-old tinted film. I now have a lifetime warranty on the new Solar Control film. The job took just a bit under six hours and I was instructed on the care and maintenance of the film. All in all, a pleasant experience. Highly recommended."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. "Half was finished last year and the other remaining openings were completed this year, all during the Pandemic. Little delay on getting the ESW windows shipped to the US, but understandable during this time as everything was disrupted. Installation crew was on time and worked efficiently, even in the rain this year. Windows are a tremendous upgrade from builder grade non-impact 25 year old windows. They are well built, hold out noise and heat, and are solid. Front picture window was made up of 3 windows - had minor water leakage the first hard rain storm that was easily corrected with outside caulking. No issues passing county inspection. Everyone was polite and respectful, went about their business, and cleaned-up afterwards. I got ESW Windows with UV and Supernova accordions for the French doors. Nice to have a completed house."

"The entire Hurricane Window process from beginning to end deserves five stars. 1st scheduling the person to come and give us the quote was fast and easy. They were professional, answered all our questions, and we had many, showed us recommendations and different pricing options. They also offered many ways to pay and made it easy for us to choose our payment method. They took care of all the HOA approvals and submitting for permits with the county. Once the windows were ready to be installed, they called and gave me several dates to choose from. They explained to me in detail the process, they came at the time scheduled. The installers removed the old windows, recycled them, and installed the new windows in one day. I only had five window but they worked efficiently. The end product was better than I expected. They left everything clean and the caulking around the windows looks perfect. The permit inspection passed on the first visit. I will recommend FL Solar and Air."
