I purchased my roof and windows from Paradise Exteriors. My roof is completed and it looks amazing - I'm happy with my decision in choosing Paradise Exteriors. I found them online and looked at their website. The sales representative, Bo, was very informative and easy-going! Our salesman Jeff was very professional. He answered our questions and when he didnâ t have an answer he called the office to get one. Our current roof is GAF and it lasted 23 years before we started having leaks after some bad storms. Very happy with the product. Looking forward to our new roof.

Ken was courteous, and very knowledgeable about the roofing system. Usually my son will kick salesmen out of the house but Ken was so good, not only did he not kick him out, we were sold on the spot. 50 year roof for the price he gave was a no brainer.

Overall, my experience was great and I'm very likely to recommend Paradise to a friend or family. There's a big difference in sound insulation and temperature control (both the cold and heat) and the air conditioning running. During the cooler period in Florida, we would have to pull out the quilts and blankets, especially if we were near a window. This year with the new windows, we didn't have to do that, as there was much better insulation than last year. The installers were quick and efficient leaving very little mess.

I just had one small glitch, where the manufacturer delivered one window that was not clear, but smoked. so, waiting for them to replace the last window.
