"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"Technicians were able to perform partial repairs during the primary visit, and returned later the same afternoon to complete the repairs. We are cool again!"

"I had contacted E&S Island Repair to mount 2 televisions. They came that afternoon. Eric was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I already have him doing another project. I would highly recommend him."

"Our electric rolldown storm shutter stopped working. My husband called on a Friday morning to see if someone could come to look at it and was told Anthony would come that afternoon. He arrived just as promised and gave us a price and said he could fix the same day. Very nice and professional"
