"We purchased impact windows and doors to replace our old windows and 2 french doors, from Locktight and we couldn't be happier with the entire process and products. The windows and doors are everything we hoped they would be. Communication with Locktight has been topnotch throughout; and, the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows was quick, incredibly professional and impeccably neat. The windows themselves are beautiful, high quality and nearly soundproof. They have improved the appearance of the exterior of our house significantly. "Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. We needed to replace the front door and side-lite, the garage side door, and the garage 2-car door also add hurricane panel to a glass block window. These items did not meet hurricane standards for home owners insurance discount. Matt explained the scope of the work and that it would take 4-6weeks to complete, waiting for the products to come in would take the longest time. I received an emailed estimate with a full itemized breakdown of costs a couple days later and it was followed up by a phone call by Matt Sr. who went over the costs. Later in the week he called again to give me a quote on a less expensive door product (a steel door instead of a French door) that dropped the price down a few hundred dollars. I appreciated the other option but in the end, we went with another company that offered different products. I liked that Matt Sr., the owner of the company called me twice to follow up and to offer competitive prices.
